The dashboard explains failures and the next safe action. Retry is available only for safe failures with a retained PDF. If delivery was definitively rejected, check the destination address before retrying. If the PDF is unavailable, forward the original lab email again. The stored PDF is deleted after successful delivery.
If delivery is uncertain, the report may already have arrived: check the destination inbox and contact support. Ordinary Retry is disabled to avoid duplicates. Reports rejected because the processing quota was reached are not stored; forward them again once processing is available.
You will receive the original lab email in your normal inbox only if you retain your clinic's normal email-routing setup. EasyPath does not provide that separate delivery.
Veterinary health records are sensitive. EasyPath is built with data minimisation and security at its core.
All data is encrypted end-to-end in transit and at rest.
After successful delivery, the stored PDF is deleted. Failed reports may retain their PDFs for safe retry; uncertain deliveries require review, not ordinary Retry.
Each clinic's inbox, jobs, and data are logically isolated. One clinic cannot access another's records.
The original PDF is attached to the result email delivered to EzyVet. EasyPath discards the file immediately after successful delivery.
